The equipment is an asymmetric three roll rolling machine, used to roll metal plates of certain thickness into cylinder shape and arc shape under room temperature. No additional equipment are required and pre-bending function is equipped. Its working principle is rotary bending deformation. This plate rolling machine is necessary for boiler, shipbuilding, petrochemical, cement, motor and other machine manufacturing industries.

Divided into high rack and low rack. The high rack is equipped with upper roller support bearing. The upper roller movable bearing is installed on the low frame.

The two frames are equipped with the sliding guide rails of the lower roll and the side roll bearing seat, and are equipped with the bevel gear and the spiral pair.

Rotate the nut in the bevel gear to raise or lower the lower roll and side roll.

The main drive reducer and the auxiliary drive reducer are cylindrical gear reducer.

Unloading device

Installed on one side of the reducer to balance the upper roller during unloading.

Rolling Machine Base

Welded by section steel and steel plate. The frame, reducer, motor, etc. are all installed on it to form a whole.

Electrical part

All installed in a control box, easy to operate.

Drive system

The upper roll and the lower roll are mainly driven. The motor is decelerated by the reducer, and then driven by the universal joint and a pair of open gears.

The side roll drive is driven by the friction force between the working roll and the steel plate.

Auxiliary drive refers to the lifting of the lower roll to clamp the steel plate by manually turning the hand wheel.

The side roll lifting is driven by the auxiliary motor through the auxiliary reducer to drive the nut in the bevel gear box to rotate so as to make the side roll lifting.
